For my main course, I opted for the grilled salmon, and let me tell you, it was cooked to perfection. The fish was flaky and seasoned beautifully, served with a side of roasted vegetables that were just the right amount of charred. My friend chose the pasta primavera, and we both agreed that the freshness of the veggies really shone through. The service was top-notch; our server was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The only minor hiccup was the wait time—it was a bit longer than expected for our meals. However, it was well worth it, as the flavors were phenomenal! What a delightful find! I visited this restaurant last weekend while I was in Belle Valley, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. The menu had a great variety of options, and I settled on the chicken parmesan, which was cheesy, crispy, and absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were generous, so it was definitely worth the price. I also loved the fresh salad that came with my meal; the dressing was light and flavorful! The ambiance was really nice—perfect for a casual dinner with friends or even a date night. My only suggestion would be to add a few more vegetarian options to the menu. While there were a couple of choices, it felt a bit limited for my meat-free friends. Despite that, the service was friendly and attentive, making sure our drinks were always filled and that we were enjoying our meals.
